(Political) leadership and management processes within the EU

In this episode, we had the chance to talk to Mr Felix Bloch from the EU Commission about the role of (political) leadership and management processes in the European Union. He dived into his work as the Head of the “Knowledge Network and Evidence-Based Policy” Unit, the challenges that are involved as well as the obstacles the EU faces regarding effective crisis response management. For the ones interested in working in this field, we also asked him about the key qualifications for those kinds of tasks.
